Delivery and Shipping policy

1. Do You Ship Outside India?
Yes, we ship to USA, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain.
2. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is free of charge for all domestic shipment. International shipment charges will be shown during checkout. 
3. Are There Any Duties And Taxes?
All prices specified on the website are inclusive of Local taxes. All international 
4. How Do I Know My Order Has Been Placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.
5.How Do I Track My Order?

Once you have placed an order, You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

6.When Will I Receive My Order?
Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. Orders will be shipped within 12 -15 working days of receiving the order.
7. Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Placed?
If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at shop@geteverlaine.com. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
8. Are My Items Insured?
Yes, all our products are insured from the time they leave our warehouse to the time they reach your delivery address. Once a package has been signed for at the delivery address, it is no longer insured. If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email shop@geteverlaine.com
9. Whats happens if the recipient is out of town during delivery?
In case of non delivery, Our courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If failed, your your order will be shipped back to our warehouse and Cash on Delivery advance of Rs 499 paid towards your order will not be refunded. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you. Everlaine has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals.
