We don't offer exchanges or returns for items on SALE.

Customised / preorder products cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items from our Wedding and LUXE collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

We provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in original condition. Return for store credit can only be issued for one item from your order. Store credit in not applicable on exchanged items. All exchanged item will be considered as final Sale.

Your store credit can be used on any product and is valid for 12 months from issuance. To use your store credit, simply sign into your account, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, your store credit will automatically be applied. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.

Conditions for Returns towards store credit:

Everlaine has a simple and hassle free return policy for products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:

All Returns request must be initiated within 12 hours.
The products will be picked up by our courier partners within 3 (Three) days from date it is delivered to you.
The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, boxes. if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return.
The garment should not have been used for any photoshoot or commercial activity.
Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
If Everlaine accepts the product returned, you will be entitled to receive store credit immediately.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Everlaine reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
Everlaine store credit shall not exceed the value of the product returned but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.

Returns Procedure:


⦁ You can initiate the return procedure by writing an e-mail to shop@geteverlaine.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.Once Confirmed, Our courier will pick up the package free of cost on the next working day.
⦁ We will send you a confirmatory e-mail or Message upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, we will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.

Incorrect Products:


⦁ For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘incorrect product’ means the product does not match the description or specification set out in the purchase order or Website with respect to colour, size, or material.
⦁ We takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If incorrect product is delivered, you must notify us by sending an email at shop@geteverlaine.com within 12 Hours hours of receiving the product.


Miscellaneous:
In case of a conflict in any terms of Return Policy, the decision of Everlaine shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.
