3. Do I Need To Register In Order To Place An Order?
We recommend that all our customers register with us, to get the best service and offers available. Being a registered user, one can avail several benefits that are favorable:

4. How Do I Register?
You can register by simply setting up an email address and a password. Sign in to view what is already in your shopping cart.
5. I Forgot My Password. How Do I Change It?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.
6. How Can I Change My Personal Details Or Shipping Address?
Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.
7. What Size Should I Order?

8. Are The Colors Shown On The Website Accurate To The Garments?
We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.
9. Can I Place An Order For An Item That Is Out Of Stock?
For a sold out item, select the size of your choice and send us a request with your details and we will get back to you once the product is available.
10. How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Placed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message stating that your order has been placed successfully.
11. How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number /AWB through an email. Please allow us 8 to 10 business days to update your tracking number. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
12. Can i cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. We won't be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing an order as the order will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse. 
13. I Haven’t Received All Items That I Have Purchased. When Will It Be Delivered?
If you have purchased multiple items, there is a fair chance that the items will get dispatched on separate days. You may get in touch with us over email or chat.
14. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
You will receive your order within 10 -15 business days from the date it is placed.
15. Do I Need To Sign For My Order Upon Delivery?
Due to the value of the goods we sell, we request to place your signature against your order once the items has been delivered successfully to your address.
16. What Are The Payment Methods You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Paytm ,PayPal and debit cards. Credit Card EMI and Net Banking are other payment options.
17. When Will I Be Charged?
If you pay by credit or debit cards, you will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully.
18. Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?
Everlaine accepts credit card payments through a secure online server, as we realize the importance of the security of your details.
19. What Is the Returns Policy at everlaine?
We don't offer Returns or Exchange for items on SALE and custom made Gowns and Dresses. Returns for non-sale items must be initiated within 12 hours from the date of Delivery for a full store credit. Please visit our Returns policy page for more details.

20. How do i return a product?

21. I Have Returned An Item. When Will I See The store Credit In my Everlaine account?
Once you have retuned an item, Everlaine will be running through an inspection of the garment. If in the case there has been any kind of damage been caused or if it is soiled, we will not be able to accept the return. However, if the garment is devoid of any damages, we will provide the store credit immediately. 
22. My Item Has Arrived Damaged Or Incorrect. What Do I Do?
If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email at shop@geteverlaine.com with a photograph of the garment. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment size.
